An ordinance authorizing expenditures from the

Grant/Construction Fund, Search and Rescue Fund,

Seized Property Fund, Community Action Housing

Fund, ULID #1 Redemption, ULID #1 Reserve,

Biosolids Project Fund, ICN Building Project

Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Airport Industrial

Park Fund and the Quillayute Airport Fund expense

funds by amending the 2004 budget and declaring

an emergency.





THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORKS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:



Section 1.  Purpose.  After adoption of the 2004 budget, unexpected expenses occurred in the Grant/Construction Fund requiring approximately eighteen thousand ($18,000) the Search and Rescue Fund requiring approximately two thousand ($2,000), Seized Property Fund requiring approximately one thousand ($1,000), Community Action Fund Housing Fund requiring approximately ten thousand ($10,000), ULID #1 Redemption Fund requiring approximately eight thousand ($8,000), ULID #1 Reserve requiring approximately twenty five thousand ($25,000), Biosolids Project Fund requiring approximately one thousand ($1,000), ICN Building Project Fund requiring approximately two hundred ten thousand ($210,000), the water fund requiring approximately fifty thousand ($50,000), the Sewer Fund requiring approximately sixty thousand ($60,000), the Airport Industrial Fund requiring approximately sixty thousand ($60,000) and the Quillayute Airport Fund requiring approximately ten thousand ($10,000) to pay for unforeseen expenses, transfers, non expenditures and fund balance transfers.



Section 2.  Emergency.  By reason of insufficient budgeting to cover these unanticipated expenses an emergency is hereby declared to exist making it necessary to pass this ordinance and the appropriation contained herein.
